Dave:

Thanks for report. One question. You said:

<<Hopefully there is enough of a buffer so that AVIA will not be below $1.00 by the time all this happens>>

What do we as POKR holders care if AVIA goes below $1.00. Other than the fact that we will eventually be AVIA holders.

Thanks again,

Eric

we who own pokr pray they break avia if they do our shares
are more valuable. at 3.75 we would have to give them 6 shares of pokr
to every 1 share avia. but if avia breaks to 62 cents its a 1 for 1
trade

POKR will be .62. This is a given IMO unless shareholders vote against the deal which is against their money.

It makes no difference what the conversion of AVIA to POKR is at this point. The bottom line is that you get POKR shares at a steep discount if you buy them now at only .27

One could wait a few months but I suspect that all interested parties will eventually bring POKR within 10% of of the .62 before the deal is complete. Anything less would be free money to anyone investing.

Another point. If someone is concerned about profit taking in POKR as soon as the conversion is done. Consider this. The POKR ticker will be gone, and AVIA will remain as the new merged company. AVIA stock is already undervalued as it traded from $4 -$8 in October thru April. The merged company will represent a greater asset base and improved business synergy. If AVIA stock continues to slide until the merger is finalized it will be due for a large spike in share value, not a sell-off.

At this point, both AVIA and POKR look largely undervalued.
