"Wouldn't Mr.Nast be open to criminal charges if he unloaded all his shares before some negative material event was announced?" That has been the basis for numerous class action shareholder suits recently, but I'm not sure how those have gone. The only possible negative I can see is that maybe the national ad campaign (I've been seeing commercials regularly on the ABC nightly news) has cost too much and been a wash sales-wise, but that may be a stretch.
