Whatever cooks your goose my friend but you haven't told me anything that I don't already know so don't get too excited while trying to call the 'bluff' 'cos there is heck of a lot more than the 'bluff' that you speak of. Arms and armaments are essential part of being a Nation,how much of it one has is directly related to its threat perceptions so unless you are from Pakistan I wouldn't worry too much about it. I don't think even Pakistanis need to worry too much unless of course they decide to be adventurous one of these days and attack the 'infidels' across the border.
