Ah yes, good old SYCR, yet another scam that readers of Stock Swap were able to avoid. And to think you actually made money on it!

For fun, I think I'll go back and see it I can find some old posts where you were viciously attacked over there (g).

Re: The death of SYCR

I went back and found a few posts we both wrote on the SYCR thread. I decided to leave out the responses to you where your sexual proclivities were, ummm, challenged. (g)

From me:
"One day, and one day soon, these guys will want greenbacks. And guess who will know when it's the "right" time to sell? Sorry, not you, the everyday shareholder. You all will be trampled in the stampede to the door--- worse yet, you won't even know the door is open because you'll be busy snapping up the shares they leave behind as they exit."

"THIS IS NOT A FLAME POST!!! I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU!!!"

From you:
"I still don't know where the extra 2 million came from. This is what Jeff and Elizabeth are worried about. All of a sudden there are an extra 2 million shares outstanding with no explanation. I have been on a rocket ship like this before and there was time to exit the position, but I did not know how to read the stock action. I believe you will see higher prices on SYCR, but I also believe the stock will eventually tank, big time. "

"As far as my analysis of the stock price going up and crashing down, that has been my belief from the beginning, I just haven't shared it on this forum until now. (as far as I can recall) Regardless of how the company is treating Bryan and John and whoever calls, they were lying cheats last year. I have a hard time turning over control of my money to lying cheats without first being very skeptical and having a quick trigger to attempt to retrieve my money from their clutches."

"I truly hope that everything positive that has been said on this forum comes true and the stock goes to $100. I just have a hard time believing that."

SYCR, RIP.

*AV*--Jeff isn't the only one that loves it. Just think, at $0.075 per share, you could own 1 million shares for $75,000 so that when it goes back to $3/share you have $3 million. Oh, I forgot, SYCR is the company that Jeff knew was a scam from the very start.<GGG> Money was made in the wild swings but eventually, as all shams, scams, hypes, and vaporware type companies, the poop sinks to the sewer. It's like a jack in the box and you never know when it is going to pop out and ruin your day.

Good Call Jeff. The only thing you did wrong was not to short this puppy into this oblivion from the very start. But what a deal now. Down 50% yesterday and filing for Protection under Bankruptcy. So from March of 1996(IPO??) to now, it was nothing but a doomed enterprise.

Unfortunately, I had this happen to BYDS which was a comp[any of substance but poorly managed. Then again, as I see this, I am beginning to believe I was sucked into a scam possibly. BYDS makes 3 noticeable screw ups for me in my 25 year investment career (BYDS, SPCL and CODE). I do not count IDID because it was a conscious gamble and only amount to $1,000 investment. But boy, watta paypack if it did come back<GGG>.

I am commenting about SYCR purely because of the bad publicity the FBNers are getting relative to be dastardly characters. This is ashining examples of how "you are protecting the uninformed masses from the shams and scams". Admit it folks, we are not perfect but you guys sure have a good batting average for ferreting out companies that will eventually strip you of your hard earned working capital.

Andrew
