Steve,

You seem to draw your conclusions in hindsight. I meant how would we know BEFORE options expire so we can make a similar position and use the MM movements in our favor?

There always is alot of talk about closing at strike price near expiration, but how do we use this info or can we?

Let's dig out who said his broker told him it was going to end at 30, and who was it that said he doubted it was going to close above 30? (Sorry that I forgot the names, but these buddies of ours are either traveling across the Pacific ocean now or vacationing in Hawaii feeling good about it--they knew it!)
