I also note the very interesting flurry of trading late in the day -- 198,000 shares in the last hour (roughly 75% of the day's volume). Mostly buys, it appears. Somebody wanted in, *pretty urgently*.

When Eschelon goes public, if Eschelon publicizes, people will buy Eschelon not ALYA. ALYA (and us) can't POSSIBLY count on Eschelon publicity to drive ALYA's price up. ALYA needs to do this ITSELF.
