The Acq. are going to be delutive not accretive! This means in the near term EPS will suffer, but over the long term this company should perform ahead of the averages!

Judy, you know why these kinds of stocks are cheap...just think about it...all the smart money is moving to internet/intranet stocks...and the most undervalued in that category is FNTN, in my opinion. There is a couple of very positive threads on FNTN on SI. I wouldnt be surprised if it becomes a 100 bagger from current levels. They are about to unveil their new web-site (maybe by Tuesday). I have been long gone from NVAL (in at 2.5 and out at 5) but I started the thread back then.

Judy, Study this stock before jumping in...I would wait till it stops if I were you too. Long range...this is one of the best you can be apart of in my opinion, but it has gone through growing pains...and a viscious divorce. Research will explain the details but the Mrs.or ex-Mrs. and co-owner of the owner has been dumping tremendous amounts of this stock. Look it up on Edgars to see how much... Not sure if that is what has caused the lastest decline, but one thing is for sure. I'm loading up the kids college funds with this stuff. See you all at $20 next year. Their numbers tell the story and create the direction vector.
