The large volume today was primarily due to a cross of stock at Union. It was not an internal transfer, though, but the sale of a large block of stock from one shareholder to another at a specified price.

We are, however, getting recognized and are being watched many brokers who I have contacted over the past several weeks. Although this has not as of yet translated into a flurry of buying, I am encouraged by the verbal responses I have gotten from the brokerage community. Moving stock these days is a difficult proposition. The VSE continues to lose ground almost daily. I was told by a broker today that he feels the VSE is shifting trends, and he expects some recovery soon. Is this wishful thinking or an insightful theory? I don't really know. Either way, our effort to generate interest in Unitec is continuing.

I am pressing on with my IR program. I will be making a presentation next week at Georgia Pacific, with more tentative dates for others.

I look forward to hearing your comments and suggestions.

Regards,
Howard.
