Hi Gino. Here is the Short position as posted in the July 11 Financial Post.

June 30 June 15 Net change
NIR 275,800 280,950 -5,150

These figures are as of June 30. Still 275,800 short then. If they didn't cover within that week ( as low as 1.95 ) than they may not cover at these prices.
