Remember this post by the guy who said he spoke with Hagedorn the first week of June? exchange2000.com Now that the quarterly numbers are out, we can conclude that points 1 through 8 were fairly accurate, so perhaps Hagedorn really was the source. If so then point number 9, which was puzzling about not wanting to buy back any shares to protect against a takeover, might be meaningful. CUBE wound up essentially purchasing shares back when they bought the bonds. There might have been an internal fight over this issue, which led to his departure.

It interfaces to all CJDS traffic products and includes CJDS' master control automation system, MCAS-III.
