John Thanks - Good post.
I sold then also - mostly at a profit. At these levels I'll pick up a little bit (if I can buy under $2) and put some away and hope for new management or a buyout. The fact that the management has been registering to sell but not selling might indicate that they also believe that an acquisition will occur.

John or anyone,

Do you have any idea what value might be placed on a company like FRSH in a buyout. With sales over 40M and a market cap of 13M - they sure look cheap to me. If someone buys them and dumps the high dollar management - that will improve the margins immediately. It looks like Mr. Smiths attempt to force the sale at favorable terms for himself may have backfired. Shoe is on the other foot now and they may have to start managing the company in spite of themselves.

Are you tempted to try this one again at these levels? I certainly am! I have been waiting to get some below 1 3/4 - but it looks like it may not make it. With the market like it has been I was sure I could fill below 1 3/4. Waiting for another panic seller!! Come on Hansen's - you need the money!!
