Aja! .. acabo de venir de limpiar el campo de ma¡s y entonces veo este ... echas le¤a al fuego ... Cag¢n, Pedoro - es como m£sica, eres buen tipo .... Bueno pues;

Yes, there are morons (moroncitos?) everywhere, though it does sometimes seem as if the neighbours get blessed with the less honourable specimens from the adjoining countries or threads. Many forget or don't care that they are ambassadors for their group. I guess a lot of the time their group got tired of them, and that's why they left.

We call the PRI el Partido Ratero Infecci¢n - but not in public when we have a court date coming up, of course. They say there is democracy within it, and I've heard of instances of something like fairness and good management, but it's largely just like the telephone company back in the bad old monopoly days - it's their way or the highway, and guess who makes the money? Changes in recent years, yes, but very slow.
You likely know Proceso proceso.com.mx

Imho there are only two good reasons to go to Tuxtla Gutiā€šrrez - the Procuradur¡a requests your presence at Cerro Hueco, or you sneak into town to see the Zool¢gico - very well done on a beautiful site, 2000+ species - it takes two or three four-hour days to see it well. The incredible variety from the many widely varying biogeoclimatic zones of Chiapas are represented as much as possible. Only problem is the drainage that seeps down the hill from Cerro Hueco. Eat at Las Pichanchas, get there early for the music (chiapaneca - marimbas, etc).

On our honeymoon we went to stay at Agua Azul, but the cabin we'd been promised wasn't available, no rooms at all, so we went back to Misol-Ja. Spectacular waterfall, and more private. Did you know Misol-Ja was the setting for the Schwarzenegger flic 'Terminator' - several artist types we know found work around the shooting, and children who weren't even born at the time claim to have met Arnold. Then a year and a half ago we were off to Agua Azul again, with a child to adult ratio of about fourteen, but just short of Misol-Ja the indios had a blockade in the road, 50 peso each for everybody on the bus to pass - well, we just turned around and went swimming at Nutut£n. So, so far we've seen the cascadas for about ten minutes in the twilight, total. Just west and south of there are two highland villages in which I've lived for a few weeks.

There are so many stories, and so many versions, ¨Verdad? #Subject-21215
