that's silly.. do you know how many divisions there are at the SEC.. unlikely that your contact would have a clue as to where to begin to look.. usually when I send a complaint or question to several different departments at the SEC.. I got a call from a few of them.. and when I tell them that I hadn't heard from one such department yet, they say they are pretty much separate.. and that they can't call or check on my inquiry. not saying that Turboe is telling the truth or not.. I don't know.. but I have nothing to believe he is a liar. anyway, I was just kind of hoping that maybe we could all get back to talking about SGNC?? jim
