Mohan If you have never toured the Metric 12 facility you cannot imagine the Enormous scale and scope of Dell's operations. Not to mention the dedication, teamwork,Coordination, loyalty and pride of accomplishment amongst employees. Michael's Positive attitude seems to be pervasive across all employees at all levels top to bottom. In my view this is the most valuable asset any company could Possibly have. I asked an entry-level employee how he likes working at Dell. He stated, working for Dell is better than anything he had ever dreamed of. I asked what it would take from another employer to hire him. He said considering The profit sharing, and stock option available, no one could afford me. Get this, they can buy stock every 6 months at 15% below the lowest price during that period.
