Pump and dump? LOL...You're a few months late with that one. Unless you call a runup to .47 on the ask before falling back to the 30s, where its been for over a month. The run to the 60s was from the 40s and prior to that the 60s were a drop from the dollar and under range which was a fall back from late fall.

I continue to be fascinated by the presence of all these Dick Tracys and Mike Hammers who are here to investigate and save us all.

To all, read my most recent posts. Just because I see an inability to perform does not imply anything more than that. These accusations of wrongdoing are serious and unless they are backed by evidence could be criminal in nature.

It's one thing to say: "I BELIEVE, or IN MY OPINION, such and such is occuring" To directly accuse someone of mis-using funds for very specific purposes, without proof, is quite another thing.

Trial Members should read SI terms very carefully.

For arguments sake let's make a wild assumption that these guys are honest businessmen trying to make things work.

First of all, they have not said that they cannot find a rig. Mike has said that they did, but were put off twice and are now looking for alternatives. ... Hasn't something like that happened to everyone at some point in there lives ?

Second, putting out news with qualifications that there may be delays under certain circumstances, is prudent, wise and good business.

Third, stocks going down on good news and up on bad news doesn't surprise me anymore. The market is NOT rational in the short run.

In short, I think it comes down to this. If you guys believe that CSMA is a scam, then you should sell your shares, collect as much evidence as possible and write to the SEC and the Utah Attorney General. Otherwise we should give these guys the benefit of the doubt with the knowledge that 'stuff' happens and they are trying their best to deal with it.
