David, one more thought: go back and check your sheets and tally up the trades between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

I'll bet you a six pack that 8 out of 10 were losers. That was my clue. I believe that the only people that trade between 11 and 2 are the really smart guys and the suckers. I'm not a real smart guy yet, so I don't trade between 11 and 2 unless I am totally positive I will make money.

exception: big news on a stock you know, and you get in before it runs.

Are those trades over one stock, ones you watch or just jumping in??
I have been paper trading about 7 stocks that seem to have a 5-10% trading range with good bottoms. I wait for a bottom of one a play it. So far I've been Positive or breakeven for two weeks. Having to hold some overnight which I don't want to do. I am about to start trading for real in about two weeks. Trying to figure who I will go with....
