Avalon, welcome to SI. As a shareholder, would you have been happy to accept the $23US offer. If not, at what price did you expect the stock to trading at?

Hi Avalon. I welcome you with the same intent as that offered to Jerry. I had read the following 4 posts prior to responding and seriously considered not replying to your message, but I strongly believe that that both sides should be heard. <<The danger in making Jerry feel too welcome here is of course the fact that he doesn't really post anything worthwhile...just copies of Carson's past posts...not much else.>> Freudian slip? If not I agree. Carson's past posts are not worthwhile, either now or when they were first written. Each of us have occasionally expressed opinions that were probably incorrect when viewed in hindsight. Usually this is a result of being human, we all make mistakes. As an outside observer (from approx Oct of last year) it is very difficult to apply the same criteria to the validity of the posts made by Mr Carson. All outward appearances point to an agenda. Whether that comment is correct or not, time will tell, but for now I must admit to being severely sceptical of his motives, as well as his delivery. It is very difficult to view some of his comments as "unbiased" reporting of the news in Venezuela. Who fed him the inside info? Even his posts since coming to SI have tended to attack the messenger rather than discuss the facts. Always an implication that people do not understand. Respectfully, it is my opinion that such talk should be backed up by public releases from KRY, something that has been sadly lacking throughout this tale. I have no intent to get into a flame war. You are welcome to post your opinion, as am I. BTW, history now shows that Jerry has been correct so far. As far as I am concerned at this moment it is reporter against reporter, with CSW well in the lead. JMO. Regards, Dan
