DT, I thought the current run-up started when AMD announced their success in the new process (starting the game for cost reduction between INTC and AMD), along with a couple of other things happened at the same time. Intel's use of .18 technology is probably already in the current valuation of Cymi stock. The rest, of course, will depend on Cymer's backlog number in the coming earning release, IMO.

Is anyone sure that SVG's Micrascan III is only being offered with a cymer laser, remember that Lambda is qualified there now also.
