Hey BS (sorry, I just couldn't resist!):
From my conversations with John, he indicated that while PRWT was private he was working on lining up backers for the pass-through certificates on the back-end that would allow him to sell the loan packages once the loan processing was started. Additionally, on the sales side, he was lining up the countries to provide the loans to, especially working on Belize. In other words, before taking the company public, he wanted to make sure all the groundwork was properly laid out. It's my understanding that it took him approx. 2 years to get to that point, mainly on lining up the backers of the pass through certificates. With everything in place, he pulled the trigger on PRWT, taking PanAmerican public. With money flowing on the stock side, and assuming money flows accordingly on the loan side, backers will increase the amounts for the pass-through certificates because PRWT will have proven itself.

I wouldn't look for any PanAmerican revenues previous to the merger, but I'm sure we'll know once and for all when the financials come out. Of course this is just my opinion, your opinion may vary.

Bill,
Good question, I found "PABK"- Pan American Bank LA CA.
Stopped trading on 6/29/98 at $3.375
No news or earnings on PABK that I could find.
