Hi Jim!! The E-Mail is on the way... I don't believe that the common float is that large...A lot of restricted shares and insider held... I did recieve a E-Mail from a good friend that indicated that over a million shares were traded last week...on the sell side from a person who has left the company...This sale did have some impact on the down side for the stock price. Im not really worried about it...I still believe we are going to see some positive press on the merger activity..It should move the stock price up...How you doing my good friend??? JG PS: I want to thank you for your help on the wood situation...I need to get back With Mr. Lee...he really has some good ideas... I have just been up to my ass in work with this business.
