Well...thanks for the welcome... but the topic is still Carson for some reason. Dan...no, it was not a Freudian slip...whether Jerry wants to re-post Carson's stuff about a $23.00 which we have no evidence of...or maybe about the appointment of the Ambassador, which Carson was 100% correct about, is of no value here...it is in the past..it has occurred (or not occurred as the case may be)...it is KRY's future that I am concerned with as I still hold my shares!! If someone wants to claim that Jerry is performing some sort of service discrediting Carson...perhaps you should read the posts for the past several day...all attacks on Carson by forum members...and no posts in his defense...does not seem like many of you on this forum need to be convinced about Carson....so what is Jerry's real purpose? Why does he want to litter this forum with the same regurgitation of posts as he did on SH?? It is Jerry's type twisting of facts that I cannot stomach.. example : "Avalon's history is also quite interesting. He posted in July 1997 that he was sticking with the Stockhouse forum in order to keep the small investor keen on Crystallex and involved in the forum" Well, thats not exactly what I said ..now is it Jerry?? You LOVE taking things out of context..don't you. BUT..seeing as you have accused me of being an internet tout...let us use your aforementioned comment...when was the last time you saw a tout post that he was there to keep people interested in KRY and the forum...seems to me that any tout who did that would have a pretty short career. You can't even think logically...can you , you dumb ass!! Example: I think Carson's transmission of the $23-a-share fantasy was just that -- a transmission, and was not strictly the product of a vivid imagination. Were it to be purely a work of fiction, a reasonable person would believe Crystallex would have issued a strongly worded statement to the effect that no such offer exists, refuting the item carried in the widely read VENews (Roy claims thousands upon thousands of "hits" daily on his website). Instead, Marc Oppenheimer himself was full of praise for Roy's reporting at the AGM, although he also took pains to distance KRY from the colourful Caracas-based journalist. " Somehow Jerry tries to implicate MO in this when there is no proof whatsoever (and he calls himself a journalist...yeesh).. The reality is that NO company would consistently respond to the personal opinions, posting or publication of ANYONE. How often do you see companies "issuing statements" about material published by journalists, newsletter writers etc etc...unless of course the information published is extremely derogatory and the company wants to correct the info. Most positive "information" provided ...whether true or false is generally ignored by companies. The old "buyer beware" axiom is quickly adopted. I do not doubt that KRY operates the same way. MO has said that Carson's accuracy is astonishing...but he (as well as Fung) has also said that KRY is not responsible for what Carson publishes. Simple as that. Finally Dan..you say..." BTW, history now shows that Jerry has been correct so far." Hey, considering the circumstances, no one is arguing that Jerry, presenting the PDG/MINCA side of things was not accurate in his reporting of the facts of the case. I believe even he will confirm for you that I posted that he was accurate..with the exception of two small errors which I pointed out to him and he corrected. As I mentioned in one of my first posts here...it is his BS and insinuations that he included in his very slanted reporting that I object to and that showed me how pathetically desperate he is to write a publishable story that he will pepper it innuendo and personal bias regardless of who it affects. You, charred etc etc may all believe that this was all a promotion but, as I do even with positive KRY stuff, I ask for proof. Thus far, none has been forthcoming. One would suspect that someone writing for CSW would certainly be able to provide evidence of his claims before printing and distributing the story. BTW..FWIW...if there had been NO dissenting justice and no opinion from her that echoes the claims that the KRY longs have been making about KRY having rights to LC 4&6, I would also have given consideration to the notion that we had been mislead. The reality however, is that there was an opinion published that validates our opinions as well as KRY's claims..it is just too bad the other justices were not as smart as Justice DeSanso....lol +++++++++++++ Now, enough time wasted on Jerry...could those of you who were cynical about KRY and its claims to LC 4&6 , PLEASE give me your opinions as to the future of this company? As I said before, I have shares worth a dollar that I paid $6 for...so I am more concerned now about the future instead of the past . Thanks, AV
