Yes, you are correct in the fact that there are
an additional 15 million shares of potential
float.

A Mr. Teo, seems to have the majority of the
convertibles and warrants, is now on the Board
of Directors, I believe. He has an excellent reputation
making wise investments. I see him as a potential
Buffett type of investor, who buys has holds for
long periods of time.

Fortunately ,, pps have restrictions,, furthermore,, it would be stupid for holders to dump at 6 1/2 when they have paid 3 1/2 for commons when it was trading at 2 1/2 ,, as we all know ,, these placements are owned by institutions,,,

With BCST going nuts,, I rather think not,, it is a stupid argument used by shorts,, fully knowing that it will blow up on their face ,, soon ,,

You should see the POB ,,TSV and money stream on NAVR chart now ,,
It's all bloody GREEN ,, SOLID WALL of GREEN.
