I am trying to quantify the financial info on this company but need some help. I have read that Price Waterhouse audited the financials for the two years ended 9/30/97 and 96 but in my investor kit which contained the 3/31/98 and 9/30/97 statements no mention is made to the fact that the 9/30s are audited.

In a 3/25/98 press release ALYA said that PW had completed the two year audit and that the 12/31/97 first quarter was soon to be submitted to NASDAQ (not SEC). I have searched Edgar (free, online and gov) and can not find any listing for ALYA. Are they fully reporting? I see a lot of 144 sales on Yahoo, but no financials for 12/31. The 3/31 statements have a negative cash balance.

Note 8 to the 3/31 financials says that ALYA for CDN$14 million
"sold the U.S. rights, title and interest in its O.P.E.N. Centrix security management application software...." for a 6% note and a "Management and Marketing Agreements" both due 9/30/07. ALYA gets 55% of the revenue under the management contract. Also, "It is expected that the owners fees and net revenue allocated to the buyers will not be sufficient to service the note receivable principal and interest payments due to the Company and as such the note will not be recorded." If per the 6/24/98 News Release revenues are projected to be $10m, $33m, $61m and $87m for years 1999 to 2002 why won't 45% of those revenues, in US dollars pay the $12.7m, in Canadian dollars, note?
