LOL no lie! I know someone who was arrested for DUI and attempted bribery of the cop who was arresting him.

His lawyer told him to request a trial by jury, because the county involved was 80% black. The attorney told him that black juries will not convict bribery cases.

Believe it or not, he walked on BOTH the bribery and DUI, and was guilty as sin of both.

This is in no way meant to be a racial post, just a statement of what the lawyer said.

:-)

Ga,

There are various types of evidence. Direct, circumstantial etc. that proves a case. Corporate evidence sometimes is easier then criminal evidence to obtain. Some evidence that is pertinant to criminal proceedings may not be to corporate civil proceedings.
The various rules of civil procedure prevail depending upon state or federal law, long arm statutes, doing business, place of incorporation, etc.
