I do not know about that. I did ask Steven questions regarding smaller items (not cars) about time-share, merchandise, etc. to see what would happen if someone did not send their "merchandise". He mentioned that to "trade" you need to give them a credit card #, so their commission could be deducted on the trade. Also, he mentioned something about a 3rd party holder (forgot correct terminology - notes are at my office) that would serve to get both items, the distribute them out to the correct parties, so that no one would lose. I will ask him about the legal issue though on stolen merchandise and liability. He is usually right on top of things, so he may have all that worked out.

Another note, they are being compared to Ebay, another auction company that just announced an IPO. Will be interesting to see how that one opens as a comparison.
