do you mean, you've invested in TLC, not knowing that CUC grew by acquisitions of sierra online, davidson and other edutainment software co's like TLC has? that CUC used to 'bend the rules' on rebates, revenue credits, write downs, or capitalizing expenses ? that 'edutainment' co's were easy take over targets because the industry was & is shrinking,were losing money and the only way out is by share exchange buyouts? or that TLC suffered similar indigestion about the quality of earnings and it's accounting the last time it acquired too many companies ? or the warning in the article to investors about analysts turning a blind eye to aggressive accounting or more politically correct, they are not forsenic accountants ? (ie., not to be held responsible for misrepresentation of earnings) or that TLC is one of those companies that is facing the mounting pressure to perform to expectations, now that O/S will be 110 m shares? take your pick and good luck, & remember tribune is not selling its shares.

Greg, <What does that article have to do with TLC?> It doesn't have anything to do with it. In case you don't know the history behind P. Richards let me fill you in. He has been short since the teens and continues to spread misinformation in an attempt to recover what, by now, are sizable losses. It's hard to tell how much of his dribble is intentional misinformation vs. genuine ignorance. He definitely has given plenty of examples of both. Bottom line when reading his posts is to keep in mind that he is very very desperate and desperate people are likely to do and say anything the think might help their situation. He has even gone as far as to come on here under multiple names (pretty childish behavior, IMO) to spread the same misinformation. All in all, a pretty pathetic individual. FF
