I have received several emails from scared/concerned investors to make a post to SI. Apparently, the SI thread is a mess. Here is the last email I received:

From: DDenardis
Subject: time to step in

David, I think it's time you put your two cents worth in on the SI CSMA thread. Things are getting somewhat blown out of proportion. I think it would go a long way if you came out of your self imposed exile, and showed some support for the company ... Please give some encouraging words ...

It will take more than one post for me to comment on the areas that I would like to comment on. First, I do not want to get into posting to SI again as a matter of course. I originally posted to supply information that didn't seem available to the thread. However, there will always be individuals who will put people on the defensive and hence draw them into neverending discussions. You all have free speech here for anyone to say almost anything. How much is factual? Let's talk about that:

A person can get information from:

a) The company (CSMA) - biased towards the company
b) IR (Millis) - same as above
c) Outside business associates (Bliss Harmer, Michael Pickens, LPSL Principals, etc.) - each has their own agenda
d) Others in the course of business (EPA, Utah Legislature, Utah State Dept., rig owners, etc.) - can provide relevant info for specific course of business

e) All others who have NO direct line of information including most of the posters to this thread.

I received a request to read a specific post made by a trial member. I am not going to search for and read any specific post. Will the poster provide the SPECIFIC, CONCISE, CLEAR, AND TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE accusation of wrongdoing and the SOURCE OF THE INFORMATION? Of course they won't. They will not do that if there is nothing there. The posts are meant to scare investors into selling WITHOUT OPENING THEMSELVES TO BE ACCOUNTABLE. If someone has any information about any wrongdoing then POST IT but provide the information that I just asked for. I am not going to hold my breath.

Bottom line for this post: I don't like SI. It is a time waster. Too many rumors, not enough factual info (all threads, not just CSMA). I am sorry but I side with Heidi, Millis, and H.K. on this subject.

Am I the only one who is turned off by the quality of the posts? Are you all happy with with the posts on SI in general? I am not going to debate my beliefs on this subject but you can post yours.

David

Nobody seems to believe that CSMA is telling the truth about rig availability including Greg. I talked to Greg yesterday about that and he is convinced that he can locate a rig. I do not agree. Greg agreed to call and try to arrange for rig availability. We shall see.

He believes that it is a money issue. I do not agree. The rig is needed for just one day to set the plug. The plug will cure in one additional day. I would be happy to supply H.K. the necessary funds for the rig in exchange for restricted shares. Know what? He would not take it. Even Greg said he would buy restricted shares as a private placement. CSMA is cash poor right now to be sure, but they have the rig covered. If they need the cash, I am here. Is that clear enough?
