You say that Coconino has the funds to pay for the work on the disposal well, but they cannot find a rig. We all know that a rig will be there tomorrow if you have the cash on location. You say that Hk will not sell 144 to raise funds needed to complete these projects. Why does he not want to complete the projects. From your post, you seem convinced that Hk knows that he can raise needed funds in a private placement of 144. Does he know this? It does not seem that there is alot of communication between Hk, Millis, and other management. Certainly Millis would not be hanging up on people if he was comfortable with questions he is asked, and therefore would simply answer the question and go on. Has anyone told Hk that they will buy restricted stock? This deal does not add up. Strange press releases, recinded deal with LPS after stock goes up on announcement and then back down (on good volume), missing funds, delayed filings, delayed merger, etc.,,,,,,,,,,,,,. Another "BB" deal.
