RE: CPQ won't turn on.

I think I have misled you, what I meant was won't work. I get power to everything. I do have fans, just no answering beep....Following the technician's guidance, we have shocked CMOS, reset CMOS, reset all the cards and verified all of the existing connections.... Any other suggestions? Power button on the monitor does light up, When first started, all three buttons on the CPU light, then it rests on the sleep button. So at first, we thought it was in permanent sleep mode. But again, that doesn't seem to be the case since it doesn't do the initial beep and we can't get to the C:/ prompt. Technical support seems to think that it may be a bad system board and they have ordered one that will supposably take 3 to 5 days to get in. This is all on top of the fact that NO service technician has called us to make an appointment to actually SEE the machine yet. Technical Support in Kansas City has been very helpful, but the actual service technicians that go on site are dropping the ball. Thanks for all your help.
