Is anyone still watching this stock? Anyone hear anything more on the IMAX rumors? Why would this stock get de-listed, that doesn't make sence.

An RS would take a shareholder vote, no mention in the proxy. Delisting, there would be some news,

strange though, you would think there would be some news about the symbol change.

"E" extension simply means they are deliquent in filing SEC forms.
