Norman,

At blankmind's suggestion, I opened up this arbitrage about 7 trading days ago. So far, the spread has widened about $400 on 1,500 NETVA shares (against 923 CS shares), so the opportunity for capitalizing on the spread certainly still exists (and I hope this is not an indication that the deal is fraying).
