I don't believe this stock will make a run on Monday. Those here to make a quick buck will have better luck elsewhere. I do believe that if this company closes on the land Aug 10 then we will have a good start. The company has a lump sum due to them coming in Dec from previous selling of oil interest. So at least they have operating captial. The single most important thing the company can do besides closing the land deal is to achieve Nasdaq BB listing IMO. This was/is in the works according to conversations with Boyar but only 4 to 6 after the 10q filing which I thought was due July 15 unless they recieved another extension. If anyone can add to this Sec filing information I would appreciate it.

Mario, it looks like you'll be here for a while. We all nee ALL the information we can get on this company. We've heard rumors of 10 -20 reverse split. Where did you hear 100?? Personally, I liked the GG character, although I didn't know whether to take your post seriously. Thanks for clearing the air.
