I believe jhild's point is this: if the properties in question were so very rich in mineral reserves, why couldn't their former owners simply have sold them, rather than have to deal with the indignities and disadvantages of foreclosure and bankruptcy? Can't seem to make this work. Keeps printing a zero instead of a message.

Looks like he also buys mining companies. With most of the stock, couldn't he throw the company officers out whenever he wanted?

So I take it from your comments then that you concur that the property that has been contributed to MTEI in exchange for the 50M shares was not only possibly, but likely, purchased through some mechanism like Tax Lien Certificates or at auction? And I am to take from your comments that you believe as I have inferred from BrandyBGood's comment of July 2 that this Marc R. Tow is either the majority shareholder or is involved with a group that is the majority stakeholder in MTEI? It would be interesting to see a list of the major shareholders in MTEI, but then again there we are right back at the Secretary of State of Nevada touting the benefits of Nevada companies - they don't have to report this information. PS: How is it that BrandyBGood knows this information about Marc's involvement? Did President Jack relate this land transfer detail over the phone, or is there some other connection that I don't see or that might be interesting to know?
