Tim, before I post my next one, could you please do a hypothetical
situation where you are the main player in an IPM conclusion ?
- A leverage buyout of the stock is done, paying US $0.10(ten cents)
- for all. Its now a private company with a healthy cash reserve.
- The owner approached you with a job offer, one that would require
- you to work full time starting now, with a completion date to be
- determined by your input, such that you will return to your present
- employment after taking a leave of absence. You will be asked to
- test the dirt of the Black Rock area for preciou metals. What tests
- would you use ? How long would it take to get the results of the
- test ? Now, if precious metals show up in the test, what extraction
- method(s) would you try ? And for each method to try, how long
- will it take to find out the results ? You will only be allowed
- to test extraction methods that can be scaled-up for production
- mode. All tests and extraction methods have to already be in use
- by other companies, and prototypes are acceptable. No nuts to
- crack or onions to peel. The only person you will be accountable
- to is the owner, who will "live" on the site. As for your pay,
- you will receive a large sum upfront, and if successful you will
- receive another large sum and as incentive to get the job done,
- you will receive a pecentage of the profits for the first ten
- years of production. And if the owner likes you, you may if you
- wish continue employment either full or part time.
- What you say ?
Doug

- is successful
