You my friend have an attitude problem. Guess you still did not absorb what I was saying. So this is what I can give you. This company and stock has everything going for it except for outstanding shares and float. If you want to see 50 cents then you need to see at least 50m volume which is possible tomorrow except for investors like you! Scaring off potential investors with your ignorance. So take your insults elsewhere.

On the subject of DD, I just found this posted on the RB thread. Gives us another avenue to explore in our quest for the grail, er...uh, I mean our search for background info.

Video Phones to be manufactured by an undisclosed manufacturer. This press release re same has yet to be released. Having owned PRWT for over a decade, I was alerted to this stock's rise from the ashes around October '97, when Business Wire carried the story about PRWT's planned merger with VIPC (Visual Interactive Phone Concepts). That merger did not happen, yet it is VIPC's undisclosed, strategic alliance with PanAm BanCorp that, perhaps, has the most explosive possibilities.

I believe everything to date is only the gravy (Belize, Costa Rica, Having Insider Trading Access to Wall Street !); My humble opinion is that the video phones will establish this company and propel it,
within one or two years to a NASDAQ listing.
