Starowl - It did not sound like 1394. Sounded like a non scsi, high bandwidth solution for POTS, cable and/or Radio connections / low cost and revolutionary. Maybe I read too much into the "article"... As an IS Manager, I used to be a huge advocate of SCSI on our performance systems and used to give all the justifications of IO stats for the additional cost.Nowadays I find SCSI quite boring... hope that there is something neat in the pipeline (and to me, neat means radio). Will have to wait and see. Hugh
