Confused by your valuation analysis. If this year ends at say $.60 per share @ 20x earnings you get a $12 stock. What am I missing?

Overvalued?

I think this might be one of the best buys on the board at 9 3/8.
With the .14 last quarter and PE 23. Market cap is only 74 million.
What did compaq pay for DEC 9 billion. ACLY core business is
migration software and now with DEC deal Compaq will be looking
at DEC customer base to convert those old boxes to new CPQ
WINDOWS NT SERVERS. Compaq already licensing ACLY
Y2K tools for desktops. Wouldn't you think they would be interested
in this little company software to help perform these conversions.
ACLY has a very strong market niche and now with a CPQ
relationship I wouldn't bet or short against them.
