Scientists can transfer genetic codes into living cells, but only when they are being grown in vitro ( in a test tube ). What CYGS is working on will allow them to transfer genetic codes in vivo ( in a large organism that is alive, breathing, moving like humans. Their virus will help genetic engineers to target specific body cells. This virus should bring the DNA or RNA into whatever body cell is being targeted.

In the case of aging, the virus would have to be altered in a way that would vector it toward that skin and it would hook up inside the cell and deliver it's new code during cell replication.
