Hi Bgtit,

Thanks for the info, I think I learn a few things every week on this thread! My only question is why announce a $5 million buyback program and then later issue $3 million in preferred shares? I am sure part of it is that Joe wanted to show that we are not the average Bulletin Board stock, but I am still a little confused by the logic.

bgtit, it does not appear that we are talking about the same thing. According to the annual report, all of the series C, D, and E shares carried a 60 - 90 day conversion and all have been converted. It appears that we have since issued series F with the same terms. Presumably, they will be converted in a short time frame, if not already.
Only the series A preferred that is mentioned in the annual report fits your description. I do not see any mention in the annual report of the converted shares being restricted. If that is the case, please tell me where I can find it in the filings and I will go look for it.

I do not have an accounting background and am merely expressing my opinion based on what I have read concerning this kind of financing, and my own common (or uncommon) sense. I hope that some of you that work for companies, will go to the CFO there and ask his or her opinion. I welcome all feedback.
