Teri or anyone: ADI issued earnings warning today. Of particular interest is following paragraph. Can anyone enlighten me on how ATE fits in the big picture? Is this the same stuff that TER does? Ramsey The company cited as specific reasons for the anticipated revenue shortfall the dramatic downturn in the automatic test equipment (ATE) market caused by the overall decline in the semiconductor market, weak demand in the distribution channel and the depressed business environments in both Southeast Asia and Japan.
