RE: 1) When I said that DELL might be extended, I didn't mean it was ripe for a 30-50% correction as you have suggested

No, I said DELL was extended vs the short term patten of CSCO which had just had a break out from a 2 week base. I may not have stated that I was looking at the short term for that responce, But I thought the question was short term in nature.
Sorry for the confusion here.

RE: <<2) As for the "New Paradigm", I would point out that never before in history (as you are so fond of quoting) has there been a similar period of recovery, economic expansion, in a low-inflation environment. Also, in case you didn't notice (which is an evident possibility), we are in a global economy, where the growth of US companies has much, much further to go than before.>>

This may seem odd, but in 1929, it was a National economey vs a regional economy. The invention of the telephone, which was a reveloutionary as the PC / internet is today made it very easy for companies to do business nation wide.
Well now we are global. We are also a 10 Trillion economey vs a much smaller number in 1929.
So again, it is different but the same.

RE:When I do see it, I'll be the first one heading for the door.
The big Q is will you see it before or after the stock starts what I think is sure to be a rapid correction.
