Robert, Many thanks for the SEG Sftwre 10-Q. I sure hope this message uses simple enough words but I have no fear as I am also a simpleton and lam (god?) would surely scorn whatever I say. <G> I think the sftwre spin off is a definite. A contact of mine that knows Luczo tells me that he has been beside himself watching valuations elsewhere in the industry. This one was his baby from the "git go" having convinced the board to go in this direction sometime ago during his role as Seagate's VP of Business Development. I think the whole odyssey is going to be very good for SEG which, I hope, translates into very good for shareholders. Thanks again. Best, Stitch
