No one - not even you with all your innuendos - knows how much oil & gas are under these properties until Stagg reports come out. To me, it looks like there is a great deal of at least natural gas in the area of these properties and I KNOW from my research that O&G producers in WV are making great money on that gas. But speculation on anyones part (including yours and mine) is just that speculation. You and I and the rest of the world will just have to wait. Of course, you won't like the Stagg reports because they will be very difficult to attack with innuendo. I'm sure you'll do your darndest. Eric

I guess you have never heard of distressed properties. They come in all shapes, sizes, and reasons. Quick sells, bankruptcies, deaths, stupidity, ignorance, and impatience. These lands were not in the hands of the most cosmopolitan and educated people. Ever watch Deliverence? I am sure you recognized some kin and they live in WV too. jhild, did your masters give you the go-ahead to come back to the MTEI thread and start up again. Have they assured you that no legal representation will be necessary and did you believe them?
