Bay Networks has the industry standard for implementing a SAP solution in less than 18 months. The integrator was Anderson Consulting.

According to the SAP website, SunAmerica has successfully implemented the SAP solution within an 8 month time frame. They certainly seem to be marketing this aspect of their business.....bp

Re: My understanding is that it takes a few years to implement a system like R/3. You have made a very outdated statement. Please check out www.sap.com and do a search on "ASAP" and "TeamSAP" implementations. I heard that they actually had ASAP implementations that took as little as 4 weeks.
