PRWT usually runs for three days after news is released. It seems to hang the day of the release, closing up just a bit at the end of the day. I'd say the MM's know there is more news a coming and are trying to intice people to sell now, by not raising the price as dramatically as we all hoped. Any other ideas? Tomarrow should get even better! JMHO

IMHO the reason it has stagnated at 8 is that there a some long term holders of PRWT that do not know of the new company and have been looking for a point to exit. I really think what we are seeing here is a stack of limit sell orders that have been on the table for a while now and have finally triggered their sell points. The old guard shares should probably be sold out soon and then it will continue its upward movement ...
