Dusty, Morals has nothing to do with it. As a stockholder you have the right to buy and sell at anytime. Should you accept compresention is a matter of fact for the jury and for the judge to determine the matter of law. Bob

Yes, Gary clarified this morning that it is indeed law. I am glad to see that....I have no problem if someone wants to receive compensation as long as they disclaim to the public that they have indeed been compensated....where I do have a problem is with those that take compensation but do not disclaim and make themselves appear as nothing more than confident investors....while going from board to board hyping the fire out of it...there are even online spindoctor firms that have been formed where there are groups of people who receive compensation and they all go around pumping the fire out of the same stock...this appears as if several people are interested and confident in a stock, and others will be more privy to jump into the stock...little do people know that this "group" is all being paid by the company to pump...that i have a MAJOR problem with, and there are several groups/people on SI that are part of these "online spindoctor firms" This is where the SEC should crack down on the law they implemented Boob

Ok Dusty lets change the factor to money instread of stock. You made a dire effort to get my address and sent me a thank you along with money. I did not want it nor solicit it nor even ask it. You did it our of a heartfelt. Now How can you have this absurd opinion when you yourself sent a friend money to assist them. Oh but if I transfered stock to you that is illegal or immoral ? I am confused You are on witch hunt in my opinion? Also what is your opinion of the last news least by the cookie jar monster was a total lie and none of it came true. Is the person that wrote that release liable for that release which had an effect on the stock or the other release you stated was coming from that individual but ha not yet.. No flame just curious ... GB
