Boob,

What makes you think they're not? There are lots of SEC cases that don't make the popular press along with a lot of civil cases as well.
The regulatory bodies are not stupid. They're doing what they can.
If there is something fraudulent going on then report it. Most government agencies respond to all complaints.

Boob, thanks again for your input. I concur completely. I have no problem with compensation; if it is disclosed to the public.

For example purpose only!

My name is Joe Blow and I represent XYZ WishyWashy, Inc. I have been compensated as follows:

25,000 shares of XYZ WishyWashy company stock and 4,000 dollars monthly.

My duties are as follows: Posting or publishing company information and blah, blah, blah; Whatever...

Then anyone who is considering a purchase of the XYZ WishyWashy stock could duly take this information in consideration as to be come involved with the company or not.

This is just my personal opinions...

Dusty
