These are all planned sales...not actual sales...they would say SOLD if they actually HAD sold. Check out any major stock. They are loaded with Planned sales.
This is old territory. If you are trying to shake shares or drive the price lower....you're barking up the wrong tree.
Next time get your information straight. Planned sales are just a preparatory step for an insider. As an insider, if I want to sell because I think a stock will hit 3x what it is now...I have to file well in advance to take advantage of that increase.

As explained, Ron, these are *planned* sales only.


As a matter of fact, there is evidence that ALYA's stock actually is under accumulation right now. MFI has increased since 7-13th, and see message #1309 for another determination of accumulation.
