"What little cooperation the White House has been giving to Ken Starr will dry up immediately .............."

Let me get this straight. Bill Clinton is President. The President is the highest officer in the Executive Branch (maybe in more than one sense in his case). The Executive Branch is charged to uphold the laws of our country. In fact, Mr. Clinton took an oath promising to uphold and defend the Constitution and laws of the US. His spokesman now directly states they will do their level best to impede an official investigation into the President's activities. Seems to me this is a breach of his oath and Constitutional responsibilities. Even if we leave aside all the other drivel about how its all about sex etc., such statements if carried into action must constitute an impeachable offense. Unless that statement is retracted immediately and full cooperation is given, I'd add that statement to the evergrowing list of Clinton scandals. This statement is disgusting. There is no other word for it. JLA
