I would like to see the company "RETIRE" a huge portion of the outstanding shares. This will obviously help the company and massively help the shareholders. One thing for sure, "Insider Trading" is a great breakthrough for the Level II option and middle man elimination alone. For services like this, other competitors are charging ALOT more.... and this is just one of their MONEY MAKERS!!!

GO PRWT!!!

Is anybody doing any DD on PRWT?
I would like to see more DD and less speculating.

Regarding the press release on their Morgaging business.

10mil in morgages per month

5% originating fee
2% annual servicing fee.

10mil X 5% = 500k

120mil(1 Year) X 2% = 2.4mil

total 2.9 mil in revenues

let's say they make 30% profit on the revenues.

30% X 2.9mil = 870K

870k/540million shares outstanding = .0016 EPS

These are only Buster's projections and guestimates. Share data
from Sirk's earlier post.

Comments? Anybody have anything to add? Has anybody checked
the TA for the real outstanding share count?

Buster

Dusty
John told me friday NO REVERSE SPLIT. Company will probably buy back shares when the time come and retire them. In the mean time he is using existing shares for acquistions.
If I'm not mistaken PKGP was bought out by another company and the other company immediately did a reverse split. Isn't this right?
